We are keen to provide a clear and convenient shopping experience for all our customers. This policy explains the return and exchange terms for the products and services available in the store.

1 Digital Products and Services

  • Digital products and services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been fulfilled or delivered, due to their digital nature.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order and account details, and that the account is eligible and ready for the requested service to be carried out.
  • The store is not responsible for a failure to fulfill the service resulting from an issue with the customer's account, incorrect information provided by the customer, or any obstacle on the customer's part that prevents the service from being completed.
  • If the store is unable to provide or fulfill the order within 10 days for reasons attributable to the store, the customer has the right to request a refund of the order value or choose another product or service.

2 Refunds

  • Once a refund request is approved, the amount is refunded to the payment method used for the order, whenever this is possible.
  • Payment gateway fees and transaction charges are deducted from the refunded amount.
  • The time required for the amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider, and the store is not responsible for any delay resulting from the procedures of those parties.

3 Physical Products

  • Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all its contents and original packaging, if any.
  • In the case of a return or exchange requested by the customer, the customer bears the shipping and return costs, and the original shipping cost is deducted from the refunded amount.
  • If the product is defective or a different product was sent than what was ordered due to an error on the store's part, the store bears the costs of resolving the
